Description Frieze on the exterior of the the Fulton County Dept. of Health and Wellness, a.k.a the county health department, in Downtown Atlanta. The building is 1950s and it seems like this frieze is depicting health, e.g. doctor fending off Death himself. The other one, which I will post, is less obvious.

Wonderful photo! As a student in medical school I would love to get this printed and hang on my wall. When I select art print the top and bottom black bars are shown as cropped and so it looks strange with the left and right black bars still on the picture. Do you know how it actually comes out?

Well, I've just made it available as a print in case anyone real does want to order it. Not available poster size, however.

So happy I found this thing. I wonder if I can look up it's history.

Have just made it available as a print. I think I might order it for my office at work, since I work in health sciences, i.e. medicine, nursing & public health.
