This is a sketch for a fun jam thread going on over at [link] featuring artists doing their favorite JUSTICE LEAGUE characters. I took the opportunity to draw BLACK CANARY in her newer costume. I was looking for an excuse to sketch a female character.

Just an FYI, I usually don't like women who dress like whores.
For Ms. Canary, however, I would make an exception, no problem. It think it's the fishnet/combat gloves combo.
Stopped by to check out the hair. I like the lines - they're few and suggestive, giving the 'do a very slick look that stands out well. A skill I hope to master at some point.

Black Canary is my favorite female DC character. I like her new costume alot myself, really like the way you drew this as well

Another great one. Damn, man, you seem to do 'em all like they SHOULD be done. The only change I'd make to this one is adding her leather jacket, but I won't argue with the bare shoulders "Birds of PreY' look.
