Johto: Chikorita. For I enjoy the challenge of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 extremely strong trainers (Including Koga of the Elite four) having an advantage. Makes me train harder.
Hoenn: TORCHIC FOR THE WIN!!! He makes the Elite Four a breeze. Sidney
Sinnoh: Never been there. but i would have to go with Piplup. My best friend chose Chimpchar. So this will make her easy to beat.
Unova: Still never been there. But Snivy looks stuck up. Tepig makes me think bacon. So i'll go with Oshowatt.

Kanto- I pick charmander! He's the adorable little guy that evolves into a friggen awesome dragon that's a fire and flying type!
Johto- Cyndaquil! He's a cool firetype that turns into the strong pokemon Typhlosion!
Hoenn- Never been here before, so hmm... who do I pick... Treeko! I was gonna pick Mudkip, but Treeko is cuter. And I like when he evolves into Grovle, and Sceptile is strong, also.
Sinnoh- Easy choice! Piplup. That one's way awesome and adorable and stuff. He looks like a penguin, and penguins rock. And when he evolves into Empoleon... woah lol.
Unova- Damn... this is hard to pick from... I'm going with Oshawott, the little derp. Lol, and when he evolves into Samurott... woah he's totally RAD. 8D
