The real fans of Danny Phantom remember the episode of “My brother’s keeper” (s01e09). Danny gets a session with the new counselor Penelope Spectra because of his misbehaves. Spectra gives Danny a diaper, top hat, and banner to put on much like an outfit of the New Year's baby to help him overcome his fear of being called a baby.
Now it’s Danny’s turn to avenge on Spectra what she did to him. The plan is to humiliate her in front of her friends.
