My PC concept of a Hobgoblin Samurai. Verann hails from a solitary tribe of hobgoblins who have rejected their people’s and Maglubiyet’s traditions of pursuing strength through conquest and the subjugation of other races. Instead, they’ve chosen to focus their martial mastery through self-discipline and meditation, as well as testing themselves by travelling and seeking out greater challenges. The prejudice against their kind borne from their people’s deeds are but another challenge to surmount during his travels in his pursuit of the mastery of his swordcraft and his self.
