I was in the mood to draw Sailor Moon in a all new fuku design and I thought that since Cosmos in my fic was the one that would come back and be fully renewed for her purpose, she would finally achieve that power that she had nearly lost.. or something along that lines.

She is a guide/mentor (eventually) to the Parallel senshi (All of them - inner and outer senshi) but will see a fight through if they cannot finish it. At the moment, she holds the Silver Crystal AND the Golden Crystal (both of which have possibly molded together) Hence her gold/silver outfit, filtered with the other colors of the inner senshi. The outer senshi don't have much of a part because I didn't have room for their colors .

I really like the waist/skirt. The waistbands are actually transparent silver and the upper level isn't complete and is also transparent. In fact, so is the ruffles on the outer edge of the collar. I added a few things of Cosmos, the finger rings, the odango beads, and loose front pieces of fabric. Everything else is just what I made on the spot - including the weapon. I used a dime and quarter to get those circles.
