Description
This is my original Warriors character, Wildpath. His name and Clan are both my own results from the quizzes over at the official site . His background is pretty much a rough draft.

Names: Tosh (TOH-sh), Wildpath
Clan: ShadowClan
Rank: Medicine cat
Roots: Kittypet
Appearance: Massive, long-haired, neutered creamy-brown tom with dark brown ears, tail, mask and chin, white legs and underbelly, white blaze between his eyes that encompasses the upper part of his muzzle, pink nose and bright, light blue eyes

Personality: Kind and jovial, basically the complete opposite of what most ShadowClan cats are thought to be. This is due to the fact that he is a purebred Ragdoll cat, which are intended to be extremely friendly with people and other animals. If he ever comes across any wounded cat, be it from his own Clan, another Clan, or a rogue, he cannot bring himself to neglect it, much to the annoyance of his Clan leader. His biggest fault is the meticulous way that he grooms his long, soft fur.

Background:
Wildpath is a neutered former kittypet. Ragdolls, as a breed, should always remain indoor cats because of how gentle they are, but one day, as a young and curious cat, Tosh found that his housefolk (a pair of veterinarians who ran a small clinic out of their home) had neglected to close a window completely. He wriggled through and set out to explore the big world outside, managing to lose himself in the forest all the while.

He eventually came across a wounded wildcat, and couldn't bring himself to run away from it, despite all of the pained hissing and threats it shot at him. He bounded away to find some way to stop the cats bleeding. Finding some spiderwebs, he had an idea and took them to the cat, bravely ignoring its growls to apply the bandage.

Tosh stayed with the wounded wildcat, finding food and caring for it, until it was able to stand. Grudgingly, the cat invited him to come with it to its camp, explaining that it was a warrior of ShadowClan. It could help him find his way back to Twolegplace, but felt obliged to provide Tosh with a warm place to sleep and something to eat.

When they got to the camp, the warrior explained to its leader what had happened and how Tosh had helped it. The leader allowed Tosh to spend the night in the camp. During this time, Tosh quickly became curious about the medicine cat's duties, and intrigued by the thought of caring for others who needed it.

In the end, the medicine cat took Tosh in as its apprentice and trained him in the ways to care for his Clanmates. Wildpath is virtually useless as a fighter, but he did learn a couple of basic attacks in order to defend himself should anything happen while he was out searching for herbs to restock his supplies, though he hates dealing damage to most living things. He truly feels that being a medicine cat is what he was meant to do, considering his gentle nature and the additional fact that he is sterile.

Wildpath earned his medicine cat name from StarClan, to honour the fact that he had taken the path of the Clan cat and chose to remain in the wild, rather than return to his housefolk.
