Elysia was walking in the garden behind Canada's house when she noticed something very peculiar. In every gathering of water she saw, she saw flickering images reflected in the water. They were all very unsteady, and shimmered oddly around the edges. The pretty young mare did not see herself in any of these pools, even when she peered into them up close. Excitement flowed through her veins, for this was what she had seen when she lived on Mount Olympus and had received her second power. She began searching all the pools of water carefully, looking for one that had a stronger power than the others. She finally found it when she looked into a shallow pond. The images were stronger here than anywhere else in the garden. Knowing what had to be done, she spoke the words to the scryer's spell clearly. "Oh gods and goddesses of the most holy Olympus, I, your humble servant, have found a scrying pool. The magic is pure and powerful, and the images are true. Bless the waters of this pond and this scryer's mind so they may be linked. In our joining, let the messages of this world and others flow through us like the currents in the Mediterranean sea. With the blessing of the all powerful gods and goddesses, and especially Apollo, the father of the scryers, the giver of prophesy, and the singer of the ancient songs, These two magical things will join together in perfect union." And then Elysia knelt down and touched the tip of her horn to the water. The pond glowed for a moment, and Elysia felt a rush of power. And then the moment of union passed, and Elysia lifted her head. She smiled when she saw the message in the water.
Apollo and Artemis stood in the reflection of the pool, smiling up at her.
"Well done, young one. You have advanced yet again in your journey to join the Olympians again. You have the blessing of the gods, and the admiration of Apollo," said Artemis, nudging her twin brother.
"Yes, and of course this means I'll be watching you more carefully. I will, after all, be giving you visions and prophesies now," he said.
"Thank you both for your continued faith in me. I promise, I won't let you down," said Elysia.
"We never doubted that you would make it this far, and we don't doubt that you'll continue the journey. Have patience, Paradise, and Paradise shall be yours," said Artemis.
The image faded, and Elysia was left staring at a pool of clear blue water. She wondered briefly why they had used the meaning of her name rather than her actual name in their parting words. But she wuickly pushed the thought aside and her mind turned to what this meant. She was a scryer again. Which meant that now it was once again her duty to interpret the messages of the stars. She lifted her head to the night sky above her, and folded her legs beneath her to settle down for a night of star gazing.

Yay, Elysia got her next power! She actually got it a while back, but I didn't get the picture done until now, but better late than never, right?
So, now Elysia is able to interpret not only the stars and visions, but dreams as well. So, if your Cavitto is having some wort of odd dream or something, she's probably the one you want to talk to.
