The little zomibe is Lil' Maniac, the Skull-Boy family's dead brother who came back from the grave to be big brother Psycho's apprentice and part-time stabbing target.In their time together, Psycho has many life lessons to teach Lil' Maniac, like eating things called "cats"
EDIT: There was some confusion about there being two PKs in this picture, it's suppose to be two different panels without borders, but I actually like thinking that it's a Before and After his lobotomy, as said in the comments.
