So i am really freaking out right now because I haven't done a landscape like this since my freshman year in high school!!!! Ok, to the meaning of it. The mound is actually a grave. I would like to be cremated and be buried on a mountain where I could watch a beautiful sunset and sunrise every day. That mound is where my ashes would be buried. I know its sappy and I didn't know where i was going to go with the foreground since I suck at nature details lol but i started making a mound and bam thats what i thought of. I honestly love this and probably forever will. It is a lot easier than traditional painting, but has it's drawbacks as well. I based the clouds and sunset itself off a picture I took recently while with a friends on the drive home. It was absolutely beautiful. I'm happy with how this turned out and I hope that you feel the same! <3Related content

I definitely will! I have a vision in my head about one of my futuristic stories I wrote about a long time ago that I want to pain out. I hopefully will be able to do that after looking up different pictures of planets and their moons
