Description The spell started to take shape, swirling colors of light coalescing in waves like flame in the palm of the wizard's hand, but he could see that the demon was also taking shape between him and the bookcase, and much, much faster than the spell was coming together.

"Too little, too late," he muttered, as he gritted his teeth and prepared for the toughest, and maybe the last, fight of his life...

I know, and it's been driving me crazy today! I think I'd better go cool off. I finally was able to get it uploaded, but it's taken me hours now and I'm too mad to answer all my messages (well, except for this one!).

Thanks for the tip. I've tried that myself, but sometimes there are too many new ones and mine passes by too fast. This time, I could see it was stuck, but all I could do was keep trying...and screaming....

Yeah...he seems to be hainv some trouble with his fingernails....

I see the demon as the larger blob near the wall. The difference in focus between the flame now seemingly floating over the hand, and the larger cloud slightly blurrier behind it gave me the idea for this concept piece.

Well, the downside to so many messages is trying to keep up with them. I just love everyone who send me a message and I want to reply to everyone (even if it's just a "thanks" or something), but I only have so many hours a day to spend in front of the keyboard...and I exceed that almost every day!
