top left is tiberian dawn (got that for ps1) top right is read alert/yuris revenge. bottom left is tiberian sun (got that for pc) and bottom right is generals (got that on pc too)

i tihnk its a modded version, the pictures in the tib sun side panel are all edits, so he must have a modified version so teams in certain games get new units

It's not a mod , but a screenshot of the Tiberian Sun pre-release version . But I think there is a mod that makes TS look like that .
