I love how the goggles are similar to Eggman's but just different enough that it shows her personality. You really should draw her like this more often!

This looks really nice.
Though the character looks cool and may be very well written(that I'm not sure of, this is the only thing of the character I've seen so far), I will merely just push the business card forward and walk off a bit. What I mean by that is, I help an RP chatroom know as SonicRPMegalopolis, if you're interested in, but while we're cooling down on standards(we use to be very strict), we don't like canon relations that much unless the person playing the canon allows it, and our Eggman/Robotnik player is a neutral/good, not really "evil" as he is in other works. So I will merely let you know that if you are interested in RP, there's an awesome chatroom I help with, but I'm not sure if you could use THIS character in it.
With the awkward introduction relating to the chat(part of my job is to get the name out), I also really love this design. The colors used makes it even more interesting because it's sort of like your evil girl colors. That coat, man, it's LOVELY. It's just absolutely GORGEOUS.
Also, is Alexis(assuming that is her name by the description, "Alexis belongs to me") the character in your avatar? She looks pretty cute if she is, then. :3

She is the Doctors lackey, I ship them but it's more of a crack ship since Eggman isn't really someone who has romantic relations.

Only time I've seen Eggman shipped was in the Sonic X comics where he has the hots for the Thorndykes cleaning lady.

I stick to game Eggman though, not someone who really shows affection... unless it's his robots and that's rare heh.

I think I've only seen ONE episode of AOSTH but I have seen "Sonic Says" segments and Eggman has a kid so he must have had a girlfriend at one time.

The only actual episode I've seen was the one where Sonic tries to find a new home for Tails and where Eggman turns everyone (including himself) into babies and one where Tails goes to play in this Chuckie Cheese esque ball pit place.

I think you did a good job. I don't think the goggles need gadgets attached to them besides what you put on there since it seems like she would use that for fine work on circuits inside her robots.

Yeah that's what that little extra bit is for, wanted to make sure her goggles weren't too similar to Eggmans as they both have their own way of working on the bots and what not, plus Alexis' eyesight isn't the best so she could use some extra zoom heh.
