The following image is one of the final animated cells from the DatComics "Tracy & Dottie" intro. Here our title characters, Tracy and Dottie, are falling onto letters which end up spelling out their names. Tracy, ever the wicked one, decides to take advantage of Dottie's trapped and precarious position by locking her legs around her ankle and tickling her foot! As to the nature of your comment, my only reply is this: Knowing Tracy's usual penchant for possessing the no-nonsense, feisty, take-no-prisoners attitude--while Dottie is normally the playful one--all I can say for Dottie is it could have been a lot worse.
