Thanks! This is an enemy character that will be in an MMORPG that I'm developing with my best friend.
He'll be able to glide throught the air like a flying squirrel by jumping and spreading his legs out. The webbing between his legs will give him lift and he'll use his tail and fins to swim through the air like a fish.
