I agree    A little unusual as a part of the nurse outfit, until you realize that her patients sometimes get a matching collar for tethering purposes. You know, sometimes they are weak when they come to see her

I assure you she's very sweet and will take care of all your ills. She just needs to draw some blood once in a while
