Past several years, just DAZ Studio with the included 3Delight engine. I do make extensive use of the built-in lights and shaders from Uber.

I did use LuxRender some years back, with the Reality bridge, and considered trying other external engines such as RenderMan, but after learning 3Delight I found the others to not be needed for most things.
