My favorite in about this picture is the lighting of the face. I don't know if you intended it, but it's a nice touch. The beautiful face concealing a soulless monster.

The shadow and light effects make her face look like an old wicked witch's, (I do not know how far you wanted this effect) the rest of her and the whole picture is great!
