This is just supposed to be an improved version of this previous 5-beacon traffic signal gif www.deviantart.com/willm3luvtr… The differences are, this one is smaller, has a black background around the signal head, and a hopefully brighter red light. After seeing my previous version last night, I wasn't happy with it and decided to make a do-over.

It's pretty much the same thing as before, regularly functioning traffic signal, red to green to yellow, but then as the red light appears, the green arrow appears at the same time. Then the green arrow gives way to the yellow arrow and then it's a full-on red light again!
