I didn't originally plan to get this but I saw this on my way to the 7th Avenue railroad crossing, which I also took pictures of today, but when I saw this, I decided to go ahead and get pictures of this, especially for my fellow traffic sign and signal enthusiast!This is a STOP sign with flashing red LEDs all on the border, and it's solar-powered. This one is located on 6th Avenue and 7th Street just north of the 6th Avenue railroad underpass.

I cannot remember when this STOP sign got here, or maybe it's been there but got retrofitted with those LEDs, probably back in 2009 or sometime between then and 2012. I wish I could remember!

There is another one on the other side of the intersection but the lights didn't work, probably because it was in shadow or just simply wasn't working.
