Something I feel is important to mention about this sci-fi human Media Controls thing is the use of prosthetics.
When a human "dies" they can be ressurrected afterwards. They don't really need the prosthetics until about after the fourth ressurection. Of course if they die too many times they become BUGS which prosthetics could never repair.
This is especially noticable in Rewind and how his prosthetic legs help him run even faster than he did before.
Record's arms and legs are prosthetics too by the way. The red broadcast around her chest allows her to see the memories she has (whether they originally belonged to her or not).
The prosthetics are meant to serve the same function as the extra eye concept in the original Media Controls.
I wish I could go more into detail, but this description would be way too long.
This is so fun, like-- oh my lord I think I'll make this my new hobby, haha!
Just to be clear, ressurrections are supposed to be like respawns.
