An update on my Quorra cosplay!
Here's the pattern on the mannequin. Now I'm working on gluing all the craft foam pieces together. Yay for progress!

I used black craft foam and reinforced the backs with duct tape. I shaped the foam onto a mannequin, applied heat, and taped/glued/modge-podged the armor together. To solidify the armor even further and make it look less like foam, I used black Plasti-Dip, a rubber coating, to seal it all together. Then for the lights I used white reflective tape.
