This piece kind of reminds me the Parasite Eve video game for some reason. Your concept is interesting, her face
is kind of like a mask; with a blank and neutral expression that many people decide to hide themselves behind it.
I really like th shape of her eyes, they seem to belong to a child. Awesome job with the highlights on her hair.

It's creepy how we can see the back of her head where her eye should be..like she's a completely empty shell.
( personally, I didn't see this done too much, so I dunno about it being cliche. What I usually do see is a red eyeball and crappy blood effect)
