You have used a really good technique here (did you use a sponge?) to convey the froth in the crashing of the waves! I love the effect it gives on the scene and how it reflects the mood of the sky and actions of the boat! I also like sweeping motions in the sky, it looks like rain as well as introducing some sunlight! Great gradients and clouds!Β

Thank you, I used splattering and a little bit of gouache on the waves, and wet on wet technique on the sky

This is so relaxing just looking at it. It almost looks like a storm on the left and peace on the right. very well done. Love the texture on the sea as well.
