I love them both! Was this style always something you've done? Because it looks like you've been growing into it, if you know what I mean - like you've been finding it and you just get better and better! I think it's wonderful!

Well Nikki,
I have always had a looser style when it came to my early illustrations in the real world and non digital work, everyone.
Now I am trying so many different things, I am just overwhelmed by the versatility of digital.
Every time I do a piece for Worth I go through about a dozen different saved versions and just keep trying different techniques an programs.
Look for me to do more outside the computer and then bring it into photoshop to put the icing on the cake. I feel that I am in an infant stage in my progression of developing a recognizable style to the point where I am somewhat satisfied with my work.
I stopped doing art for almost 20 years just because the commercial aspect was turning me into a yes man, ROBOT and not an artist. I got burned out and abandoned my gift. Only when I discovered Worth 1000 did the desire to create surface again.
Again, Thanks for all of your support. You make this old cowboy feel all gushy inside.

Well, I feel like I am really seeing you grow and develop as an artist into a new and interesting direction.
It's very exciting to feel like I am witnessing some sort of creative explosion, if you get what I mean.
You aren't an infant in talent, but I feel like you are one (sort of, in the way that you are growing and learning and experimenting) in this particular transformation of styles and I get to witness it. It's awesome!
And really, I know it seems I go overboard in my praise for you but it's just because I am so surprised at myself for being so in love with this particular type of style. I know I mentioned how I like realism in my art. Or sometimes not exactly realistic but always ... ordered, you know? I never did appreciate "messy" paintings, where the lines and boundaries weren't well defined. I don't know if I am explaining myself well. But your "messy" paintings fascinate and capture me. They feel full of movement and stories and dreams.
