EDIT: Adding my opinions of them all.

Toy Freddy (Fred)- I love Freddy, so I'm pretty much obligated to like this shinier, chubbier version. I love his design in that, I think he's actually pretty adorable. Just...not when he's in the office...*shudders*
Freddy- My favorite~ <3. In the second game, where he isn't all that special, he still creeps me out the most. In the first game, though, oh boy. You better be ready for Freddy. I love all the tension he adds to it. When you hear his laugh, you know things are about to get real. If another animatronic gets into your office, and the power goes out, he doesn't care XD He'll cut them off and do his little Toreador's March, and there ain't a thing you can do to stop him. Freddy don't take shit XD
Toy Bonnie (BonBon)- I honestly don't have that much of an opinion on him. He never really became a problem for me, and I'm on the fence about his design. He's a bit too girly for my taste, but at the same time I find him pretty creepy. And hey, he's got eyebrows! That's an improvement, right?
Bonnie- This guy. Oh boy. Let me put it this way: All of my friends refer to Bonnie as "Breanna's Nemesis". He has killed me more than any of the others put together, in both games. I don't know how that's possible, but it is. But, after all that, you gotta respect the guy.
Toy Chica (Chicadee)- I have less of an opinion of her than I do BonBon. She's never killed me and doesn't really creep me out. But I like her design. So, I guess that's something.
Chica- Chica and I are cool. She generally leaves me alone, and is nice enough to not immediately kill me when she gets the chance. So yeah, we're cool, o'Goddess of FNaF.
Mangle- I'll be honest, I'm not that fond of Mangle. This is mainly because they are a combination of two of my fears: Mutilation, and things that crawl on walls/ceilings. So yeah, screw you, you ambiguously-gendered nightmare-fuel.
Foxy- Don't get me wrong, I like Foxy. But I'm not as crazy about him as everyone else. He's more of a nuisance than a scare. But, I'll give him credit. His design is creepy, he's kind of mysterious, and he adds a challenge. So I can't be too hard on the ol' pirate.
Balloon Boy (BB)- Attack me all you want, but I like BB. Even though he's a nuisance, he's a nuisance that's easy deal with. Plus, his laughter and speech is creepy. On top of that, I find him pretty adorable. Don't let the haters get you down, little guy!
Golden Freddy- Just like with Freddy, I love GF~ He's so unbelievably creepy, and adds so much mystery to the story! He was a surprise that I certainly wasn't expecting in the first game, and for that alone, he deserves my love! You go, GF.
The Puppet- I want to hate him because he has literally given me nightmares. At the same time, I want to love him because he's such a crucial part of the lore. I'm conflicted.
The Guards- I like Mike and Jeremy purely because of all the shit they're willing to put up with for a minimum-wage job. They've got some serious balls. I'm neutral about Fritz and Phone Guy. You don't get to play as Fritz for very long, so I don't quite feel as close to him XD I'm suspicious of Phone Guy, mainly because his advice is bullshit half the time, and he doesn't tell you to "GTFO before you die!". I love Purple Guy, but not just because of the hilarious art he's in. I love the mystery he adds. When you're identity is so well hidden that you have an entire fanbase arguing about who you could be, you've done something right. Kudos to you, ya crazy murdering psychopath.

Just for fun, I decided to do the Five Nights at Freddy's "Favorite Character Meme" It was fun XD I wanted to do this after I realized that my favorite (and least favorite) character choices are a tad...different from most people's XD
