The One. In some Transformers mythos, The One (also called The Core) is an ancient being made out of energy that existed even before space & time. After the big bang (which he might have had a hand in creating) he created Unicron & Primus.

He is basically the Tranformers equivelent to the biblical god.  

Remember the aliens called The Vok from Beast Wars? Their purpose is to protects his secrets.
