Beautiful photo, perfect focusing and great eyes.
But with an image of this quality you really need to make sure Everything is perfect - and to that end the nail polish lets it down somewhat as they are not perfectly painted, which is a shame.
Other than that though...wonderful. The exposure is good, flattering your skin tones nicely, your attention is drawn into the eyes via composition, the clevage doesn't overly take your attention (which clevage can often do! lol) and the purple theme running through the image works well too.
So yes, well done on the whole.
