To Superman classic's costume are iconic... nothing won't change that.
I think DC, just want to make that change in purposed..
Maybe, to make similarity to the NEW costume in the up coming movie "Man of Steel" ... or Just temporary vase, like what they did in the past.
For example Superman long hair,superman electric blue & red ect...
