I got bored and uploaded something.This is me and my friend being big fat Tenchi nerds at Otakon 2008 in Baltimore, MD. I'm the one in the bluish gray wig with the TEEF. Both of us made our own costumes and styled the wigs ourselves. I've worn this costume so much that it's starting to get some serious con funk. I'm sure you all wanted to know that.

Tip to get rid of con funk...Toss it into a washing machine with some fabric softener (or shampoo if you prefer). Dry naturally. Restyle.

Derp..that was for the wig. for the costume..I would wash on delicate with fabric softener to get rid of con funk. Or use Febreeze for emergencies.

I know exactly what your talking about. I say the more complex cosplays of tenchi should be seen more. Once I get all my ducks in a row...Jurian armor Tenchi is on my list of things to do. Once again great job on your ryoko!

There is much joy in this photo for me. This is one of my most beloved series and when someone does cosplay from it I squeal like a fanboy, epecially people that do Washuu. She is perhaps one of my favorite anime characters of all time. I was finally able to shoot a Washuu cosplayer in 2009 at AnimeFest in Dallas for the first time in my history of doing Cosplay photography. It was heaven.
Your Ryoko is fantastic. You just can't have mama without the daughter in tow. XD Great expressions!

Those costumes and wigs are so awesome. You two make an excellent Washu and Ryoko- you can definitely see the tense estranged mother-daughter relationship. ^_^
