The fight had been hard, and this wasn't the end of it either.
Bankai was standing with others of his kind, giving them orders.
A few of them was going to help the wounded, both humans and horses.
Others was going to look after their Companions, If they had fallen, then It was their duty to take their cold bodies home.

The black stallion did look calm, but when everyone had got something to do, he turned around and joined the ones that was going to look after their Companions.
First, they was in a herd, but slowly they slipped away from each other, focused to find their friends.

After an hour, he began to panic, he didn't finde Sakae, his companion!
He started to run , calling His name over and over again, but now Answer, nothing.
The wounds on his body did hurt, but not as the pain he felt inside, the pain of fearing that his friend had died.

Okay, this is my first battle drawing, I tried to make it look like a screen shot thingy and I like how it came out^^
Okay, the name Sakae is from a yaoi YES I read it!

This is the first picture of Bankai's past c:
YES he was a war horse in Japan, he and many other Bushi's.
This war is forgotten by many, only those that had a Bushi in their family remembers it and many Bushi's left their families in Japan(that means, their companion/soulmate's family, that they become a part of.) after their companion's died in the war.

And YES I will make the story better later, I just got a block -_-
