About Blitz
He is the CEO of Winder Robotics Inc., the leading technology development and cybernetic enhancement company on the eastern front. but some would say he's also been involved in more shady endeavors. He is happily married to Diana Rayshire. An Artic wolf who started out as his secretary but developed a relationship beyond work. He is also the father of two little Lykois (Demian and Delilah).
Blitz can be quite arrogant and sarcastic but most of the times he seeks to have good relationships with the people around him.
He possesses electrokinetic skills which he will not hesitate to use to get what he wants. And in 80% of the cases you will always see him holding a cup of coffee

Backstory
born in the Epsilon City, in the Republic Of Auradiem, Blitz is the son of William Winder. founder of Winder Electric Corporation. at age 21 after his father retired from the board of directors to devote himself to philanthropy he inherited his position as CEO of the company However, in a situation that can only be described as the worst timing in history, several weeks after Blitz acquired the company, armed conflicts between the resistance and the Eggman empire caused a severe economic crisis.
Blitz considered starting a parallel business that could solve this... the production and sale of high-tech weaponry. However, it was a risky idea. If he was discovered it could jeopardize not only his public image, but that of the entire company and the legacy that his father built over 4 decades.
It was a difficult decision. And Blitz knew that if he didn't do something, thousands of innocent people would be left on the streets without the means to feed their families. He finally opted to start a secret parallel market that would sell technology to whoever was willing to pay for it. Regardless of their alignment.
The company with all its resources began to produce everything from attack drones, to highly armed robots, to even recreating and mass producing the wisps-based weapons used by the diamond cutters.
this ended up being a highly profitable source of income. on one hand he was producing wispons and navigation systems for the resistance, while on the other hand he was producing state of the art badniks for the eggman empire. and all this while keeping his image as an innovative company in the public eye.
Some would say Blitz is a villain for his business practices. But he does what he does to ensure the good of his company and those who work for it,

because of the stupid amount of caffeine he consumes Blitz is always on the lookout for anything. he is impassive and has a pretty strong temper. he usually gives sarcastic or ironic answers to what is going on around him. however at other times he may take the opportunity to enjoy the calm. appreciate a moment of victory or spend time with his family

As his nickname suggests, Blitz has the ability to control and absorb electricity, the device that dylan wears in addition to giving him means of communication in a sort of portable computer, allows him to know much energy he has left. because he must control the amount of electricity he can create. If he runs out of energy, he faints. the coffee he drinks help him get the energy needed to produce electricity.

he is also quite an smart and skilled inventor, but the latter has more to do with the education his father gave him.
