That's one cool penguin. The zig-zag pattern over the waist gives him/her(?) a lot of orginality. Such a cute design,it looks very soft.
He looks a tiny bit forward heavy in the side pose but it's barely noticable (it makes him look curious, I think). Very nice turn-around and I really like how you divided the weight of the head, belly and bottom to give him balance.

... Wow, that was quite long. Anyway, great job I liked it a lot!
