The bird would have to be my favorite part of this piece. I just love bright colored birds.

Wowww, this is really beautiful...I love love the colors that you used in all those feathers, and the detail, and how brightly her green birdeye stands out against the yellow and pink. The detail in the humanform's hair is really gorgeous too...and I like how those big feathers all stick out from it.

Ohhh so many colors and details. Those buds are amazing! This is so vibrant and lovely..it really gets the youthful exuberance of spring across.
Hmm I was looking at her feet and it occurred to me there's a common string throughout your work that I thought I might bring to your attention.
Spring's feet are drawn as if they are almost exactly eye level with your viewer, when the viewer is essentially at eye level with her upper thighs, meaning more of the tops of her feet need to be shown along with more of the tops of the toes.
Like how you have them in this image: [link]
Otherwise, it makes it seem as if her calves and legs are abruptly too short. Hopefully this helps with future works!
Even so, she's a lovely vision I look forward to seeing the rest.

Actually, I orignally drew her feet as they were in that Iolani picture, but they didn't look right. Then, after I took a peek in that anatomy book you got for me, I noticed that a frontal view, barefoot, generally looks like this: [link]
And that's a full frontal view. I think the feet are fine (on Spring), but it's her calves that are awkward - I think it's because I originally drew the calves as if they were going to be paired with the 'Iolani-style feet' and then realized they should be drawn with the 'correct-front-style' feet. Also, I drew her thighs without the proper curve that calves should have. Next drawing, though, I'll definitely make sure those thighs and feet are correctly angled! ^_^

It's definitely a tricky angle which you've set your lovely Spring at, but you have to keep in mind that in the anatomy book, that particular view is also lower to the ground than the perspective plane to which you've displayed your lady at. A person's feet will only appear flat as you have them now (and as they are in that example you linked me) if we are at a worm's eye view looking straight on to the feet. Anatomy books are a good reference, but sometimes they don't take into account the full effect of three dimensional space when it comes to switching perspective planes as they are more concerned with the whole than the parts in most full body studies.
Here's another example which I think is a bit more effective than the last one I posted you:

I think your gal's are pretty spot on..it's the area where they merge into the ankle and feet where things get a bit muddled perspective-wise. The calf shifts right into the foot instead of proceeding from calf to ankle to foot and toes. In any case, hopefully that clarifies things a bit for the next drawing.

Bah, rotten angles! *shakes fist* I see what you're talking about now - she's definitely flat-footed, especially since the angle is meant to be face level.

And..randomly I realize that they took off the 'critique welcome/discouraged/etc' notice from deviationsOo ......that's not good

Oooh, you're right o_O which is strange, because they still have you choose which critique option you want when you sumbit the deviation. A bug, I hope?

Yeee usually I'm like "Ugh! Pink! *vampire hiss*" but...you just can't draw "Spring" and not put in pink.
