You gotta go there early or when it's feeding time. Then they're always active. Also, they are very active when they have pups (there have been many litters recently)

I went with my friend this week. They were actually walking around and snapping ect ^^ it was awesome.

Die sind schon hübsch. Und vor allem finde ich, dass sich Schönbrunn auch bei ihrem Gehege Mühe gegeben hat. Die Wölfe haben durch den Abhang gute Versteckmöglichkeiten und müssen sich nicht ständig den Blicken der Besucher hingeben. Aber die zeigen vor allem so viel Aktivität, weil sie seit längerem jetzt so gut wie immer Welpen haben. Als sie nur zu dritt waren, war deutlich weniger los. ^^

Ah, danke! Obwahl ich spreche Englisch.... Ich lerne ^^ Ich liiiiebe Wölfe, und Schönbrunn hat so schönes Tiere ^^ danke schön! Wann hat dee Wölfe gegessen?

Ah, I see! I'm sorry. ^^
I am not sure when it's their feeding time, but it stands in the zoo map (and most likely also on their website). I have actually not been in Schönbrunn for a longer time, but there are so many wonderful animals, and I mean more than just the animals in cages/exhibits. In late autumn and winter there are small birds (most are tits) near the wolf exhibit who would come and get food from your hand – it's so cute!
