DL is mega huge and stuff, by the way.It's getting there. I'm finally beginning to understand what I'm looking for in terms of her design. I definitely forsee another change in the future, but lately I'm just all meh and whatever when it comes to computers and drawing, so it'll be a while (unless I get struck by some serious inspiration). School and eyesight are definitely influencing my internet time/desire right now
.I had this thing drawn up a while back, before I changed my avvy, even. Oh, ignore the crappy anatomy in the back leg, I know joints don't work that way

This is a very nice design - I like the colour choice and the marking on the wing, sort of peacock like. I do think the wing itself is a bit too big though,but maybe that's my personal preference.

I dunno, to me it feels like the wings need to be bigger than most people draw them. I know my character isn't terribly realistic, especially when you look at birds and bats, but I don't want wings to take up 90% of my image space either XD. I guess it's just all an aesthetic balance for me.

Lol, it kinda looks like this character was partially inspired by Masquerain or however you spell that Pokemon. I have never seen it used on a dragon, so I find that really clever. ^^
