Did I mention that I am the luckiest fan ever? xD I adore the SH games by Frogwares and have done a bit of fanart for them... decided to show it to them to make them feel loved and continue with their work ... and suddenly we shake hands and I draw officially comics about their games.
To me that's like winning the lottery 
At the same time I am sad though, because ... it seems the games have far to few eyes on them considering how massivly big the SH fan community is. D:
And super sad makes me that I am such a tiny fan artist. T_T I wish I was a bit more known so that I could send my thousands of followers world wide onto Frogwares heels...

I just got Crimes and Punishments on Steam and I really like it so far! I don't have any game consoles so it's just Steam games for me for the most part.
Which Sherlock game is your favorite? I see several on Steam but I think Crimes and Punishments had the highest rating. I plan on trying the others too eventually. I love the way they made the characters look. When you zoom in on them their skin it looks real. :0
I definitely want to try The Awakened. I just saw that it's on Steam too.

i love all of them! I suppose some more than others, but they are all great to play and good entertainment. 
the only downside of going backwards is of course the decline in graphical quality. But if you love Holmes and Watson ... And can look past the exterior of their digital look... You will have no trouble enjoying the older games as well.
i always liked the awakened a lot. But even more than that, I like Jack the Ripper. And of course, testament of Sherlock Holmes. I suppose because all of them have a decent level of ... Gore... In them. The one or two bloody corpses just seem to be essential for me to add a bit of thrill to the story.
Pin contrast you have nemesis. Lupin vs Holmes. No death whatsoever. Hence it is a bit "boring"... Though no less enjoyable. Just of a different kind.

Yep, "The Awakened" game had some crazy moments (but I still cannot understand how Holmes could open keylocks in the asylum with a spoon. Not with a knife or a fork, but a spoon! O_o x)

I think the weirdest thing is that ... Holmes gives the book to Barnes. ... If I was Holmes I would have kept it. All to myself. Strangely generous to give it to Barnes.

Maybe Holmes felt that Cthulhu's spirit trapped in that book started to control his mind... And he decided to give it to somebody who did not seem smart enough to be mind controlled, like Barnes. However, this time Holmes was wrong x)

Hahaha. xD Actually not to far away... xD Barnes is reciting an ancient call to the almighty Cthulhu .. which was kinda the theme of the third SH game by Frogwares , The Awakened. Pretty crazy!
