This has to be my favorite picture of this costume so far. I love the lighting and the angle. Plus it shows of the corset nicely too. OMG so much work.FULL VIEW PLEASE
So here is a little about the cosutme...
The pants,corset, gauntlet, necklace, and belt are made of a stretchy bl pleather ack that is very hard to work with. The corest was made by making a pattern based off another corset I own. It laces up the back with leather ties and has a zipper in the front. The pants were made by modifying a pattern to hip pants from the pattern I use for all my pants. The designs were done by painting them and took FOREVER. Seriously, hours and hours of painting. Lighting bolts were casted by my friend bcause mine didn't arrive in time.
There are still a few things I want to fix/change/touch up before the next wearing, but I'm pretty happy with it now.

OMG respect to this cosplay, especially the corset O.O I'm currently spending hours serching ornment cloth for the applications >.< I'm not patient enough to draw them symetrically. And I have no idea where to get the buckles of the belt, too D: ARGH.

Ok, this needs to be an instant fave, or I'm not anymore a Trish or Dante's fan of Devil May Cry series.
Mein Gott! So beautiful, my frΓ€ulein! I loved all of your cosplay, and your pose that resembles so much the Devil May Cry logo, with the woman and the 2 guns. Perfect pose, style and outfit, I need to say I don't see everyday a cosplay so good like yours.
Oh, and by the way, the young lady that is portraying Trish is a very cute one too!

Maybe you are thinking of DMC 1 Trish? That version the lightning bolt in the center is open and bare but in DMC4 it is a solid fabric.

do you have any tips for mkaing the designs? did you paint them on or use an actual lace?

They are all hand painted. My only advice is do a few tests on scraps of the same fabric first and to get paint that is designed to go on dark fabrics. Good luck!

Aww thanks. I'm sure if you get someone that has good attention to detail you can a nice one. Or if you get the clothing commissioned maybe you can do the designs yourself? They aren't too hard, just rather time consuming. Good luck!

I have a commisioner in mind i think i may hire, i blew money buying bayonetta for my bf for valentines day though. ^ ^;; . but i never would have got to play DMC at all if not for him. I hope when i get my costume in order i can look awsome like you though
