Okay so: The old method still works? But this one works with explorer patcher + Windows 7 command bar and shows the full path to personalization
STEP 1
go to Regedit: Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Personalize\command
Remove DelgateExcute and change the string value default(the data box) too
