History: His parents are the creators of a mafia organization in Johto. While the Teams don't mind exposing themselves, they are really careful, and avoid being detected or exposed by the media.
Due to this, he learned to kill when he was 17. He learned to shoot when he was 15, and he know that his parents do ever since he was 9. He grew alone in home, being taught by his mafia's comrades.
Different from his partners, he loves training pokemon while not dealing with drugs, killing and guarding. His team sometimes even aids Neil when he's not feeling well. His Poliwrath was a gift from his father when he was 15 - the age he got his first gun.
