This...is my first OC...from before Danny Phantom had ever aired...8D...I can't believe how good she turned out...Katrina Windstorm was first created for a little comic thing me and my friend Sam started because we were bored. This was about 5 and a half years ago.
After the Comic idea flopped, I went on to make her an Kim Possible OC...But the idea was really lame in that world. Then I saw Danny Phantom the first time it aired, and BOOM, Katrina Windstorm was Re-born!!!
...Note: Katrina Windstorm was created BEFORE Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans...I am not to be blamed for a PMSing dragon girl that blows up half of Louisiana when her 17 year old half-ghost boyfriend tried to get her to flash him for Marde gras...

I like the eyes. Reminds of one of my own OC's (not DP...or any fandom for that matter) that also has cat eyes, except hers are slightly rounder.
