Ok this is my first Damsel in Distress picture to be put up here. (Well second really, but the Andromeda one is more cultured)Her name is Kelly (Junko in the Japanese version) who was a reoccuring character in the often forgotten Transformers: Robots in Disguise (Car Robots in Japan) series. She often find herself in trouble due to the battles between the Autobots, Predacons, and Decepticons. She never finds herself tied up or whatever, but every episode she finds herself in one distressing situation after another.
Here's a nicer alternate scene from the episode "Towline goes Haywire" where a new Autobot goes crazy and starts towing Autobots for parking violations. It doesn't help that Kelly thinks and Autobot X-brawn is her own SUV.

Kelly: I didn't see any no parking signs!
Towline: Let me show you then!
*Couple minutes later*
Towline: The authorities will come eventually to pick you up... have a nice day.
Kelly: You just can't leave me here... hey give me back my car! Waaaaa!

I often found Kelly/Junko distracting because she had no importance or significance to the series other than serving as the mere comic relief. I know that was her whole purpose and all, but my God did they overuse her. Not to mention it was a bit overdone. For this reason, I'm glad she's had no other appearances past RID.

Though if you really want to...
She had two sorta important parts in the series. First she was the "owner" of X-Brawn, which helped the "robots in disguise" element of the show, in which in hiding the Autobots blended into the city by actually working with humans. Optimus Prime worked with the fire department, Team Bullet Train worked as commuter trains, and X-brawn appeared to be a normal SUV with an actual human driver.
Second is that when Scourge was created his pod scanned a tanker truck for his alt form. Inside the truck was Kelly, who was also scanned. It allowed Scourge to later take control of Fortress Maximus since Maximus would only respond to human commands.
Well she did appear in an Armada comic...

I see. Well, I don't see how that's serving of any importance. Cuz for the most part, she's just comic relief. And... That's kind of awkward that Fortress Maximus could only respond to human commands. Wasn't he created on Cybertron like all the other transformers?
True. But it was only one brief cameo. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Well It's Robots In Disguise, over all it takes itself a lot less seriously then most Transformers series, so a lot of things are just there for comic relief. The Predacons are all idiots for example.
As for Fortress Maximus, he was programmed to protect humans, so he'll only respond to human commands.

well who is to say that there isn't some sort of sign at the top, well obviously Wing-Saber xD but yeah probably a stop sign or something, she's going no where anytime soon.
