Super original title, yay!
I wanted to recreate one of the end credit sequences with Elsa's dress. It has been in my mind since the first time I saw Frozen, I was just so inspired by the art! But wasn't able to finish it till now. And unfortunately wasn't able to complete Anna before MegaCon, but I am finishing her in the same style for next month at FanX! You can see the half heart forming on the right side here, and Anna's will complete that heart when finished

I hand drew everything but the snowflakes, so thanks to these fine folks that saved me from doing that!

Brushes used:
Frozen Snowflakes by Sakuyamon - fav.me/d6wxkrb
Other snowflakes by by-ermal -fav.me/d15vcdr
"Glitter" brush by DanLuVisiArt - fav.me/d1ytm3r (Speckle brush 38)

Other than that I just used the dry media default PS brushes for the texture, I believe it was the Dry Sample Brush (90)
