Blitzo is the son of Billi and Lilly, a goat and a unicorn. His parents are traveling traders that settled around the outskirts of ponyvile, and thats where he was born. He grew up only knowing his mum and dad, grandparents, uncle and 2 aunts. He always knew he was kind of different, but as he grew up around goats he never fully understood how different from them he was. As he got older, he started wanting to venture out into Ponyvile and meet ponies, even though his mother warned him how dangerous that was, not only because he was a hybrid but the son of a banished individual. However he didn't take her warning and set off alone into Ponyvile, and was met with virtually no concern. no pony seemed to clock him as a hybrid, he was spoken to and served as a normal pony, and really enjoyed his time there. It built his confidence so much he seemed to forget he even was a hybrid, and decided he wanted to live his life among ponies. His mother and father were obviously distraught and tried everything to make him stay, if not for his safety, for them. But Blitzo had already set his mind firmly to leaving, and he was very very stubborn. So, knowing he was going to leave no matter what she said, Lilly gave him her gem charm and a kiss, with the final words "don't let society deem what you can and cant do, based on where you come from.". Blitzo set off the next morning for Ponyvile, where he lived for a number of years seeing his family on the side. After a while he felt bored of the small town, and felt he was ready to upgrade, and so moved to Las Pegasus without informing his family where he was going or that he was even moving at all. He currently lives there, and although he is very confident in himself and has the ego the size of a hot air balloon, he has aroused suspicion from several locals, though they've never been able to follow through with their threats. Blitzo is very very cocky and big headed, and his confidence stems from not being easily clickable as a hybrid. He's got away with it for so long he practically lives as a pony, and despite being half goat he has the brain of a regular pony. His cutie mark represents his love of the moon, and his ability to make little shapes and oras with his magic. The flowers represent his love of the outdoors he spent his childhood in, even if he claims to be moved on from it. He works as a magic tutor, helping young fillies and colts with their magical abilities. He also spends his nights bat watching, but he'd never admit that. He meets Wing when she travels through Las Pegasus, and is the first pony to actually clock Blitzo as a hybrid of a goat and a pony. He actually tries it on with her as he's very flirty naturally, but she's not exactly keen. i may make them have a fling a some point idk, but He agrees to join her movement, even though Wing later regrets it coz he's not the most help.

facts about this boy-
-He basically is a pony as far as anatomy goes.
-his fur is a lot shaggier than a pony, not necessarily coarse like a goats but definitely less light and fluffy.
-his hooves have slits in them.
-he has horns, goat teeth (bigger bottom teeth than top) and goat eyes.
-despite all of this, he's never made an effort to hide his goat features and still haven't been clocked.
-He holds himself higher than the other hybrids as he believes he 'passes' better than them.
-his ears r much floppier and smaller than a ponies.
