Anybody else have friends that like to turn them into adult-sized barbie dolls, or is that just me?I can't believe I made it to number 10... Lets see how much longer I can keep this up before I run out of ideas, shall we?

I have twin two year old cousins that I babysit who are kinda like that, too. They love to put a million different bracelets, necklaces and rings on me, play with my hats and my belts (I have an extensive collection of both) and try to brush my hair. XDD

Friends, family members, strangers, you name it. I'm about about as opposite from looking like Barbie, you can practically call me Ken yet I'm everyone's favorite doll. Ooh, Loli-style? Kyouko, I feel for you, walking around in that stuff is hard enough, and sitting is a thing of the past unless you practice.

XD All dresses are like that for me. I'm strictly a blue jeans and T-shirts girl if I can help it. I won't even wear shoes unless I absolutely have to. But then sometimes I'm struck by this odd urge to try and be pretty and suffer through a day in a skirt.

It was very random for me to discover I was a girl. I grew up with four boys and my mom's bf, because she was always at work. So I was used to just walking around without a shirt on because that was just what me and the boys did on hot days. I only wore girly stuff on special occasions, and since my brothers wore dressy stuff too, it just didn't click until one x-mas I found a trainer bra under the tree. How fucking emberrassing, ne? I still have trouble remembering I'm a girl, to be honest, but I think all girls sometimes have the urge to show off the assets a bit.

I had a similar set up for my family. Three brothers, my dad and a step-dad, all of my nearby cousins are boys and my mom is a huge tomboy. I still won't wear a bra unless I have to, and I'm more comfortable with video games then I'll ever be with make up, but after twenty-odd years of trying to fit in with both guys and girls, I've found a happy medium where I just do what I like, and screw everyone who gives me funny looks when I'm running around in heels and a sundress one day and fishing for walleye and racing four wheelers the next.

Have friends like that? try having a little sister, a mom, 4 friends, (*and even some people you hardly know*) do that to you... It's the reason that **I now have a tendancy to be freakishly paranoid and overreact whenever someone meantions shopping**. I also have the ability to detect when I am in any sort of danger that might result in dresses so tight you can't breathe and the like, can also detect when I am in firing range of any type of projectile, but that's a different story entirely.

Yeah, I'm not comfortable in dresses and skirts either, even though my best friend loves them. I grew up with three brothers, so I'm more of a tomboy. I'd much rather spend my weekends fishing, four wheeling or playing video games then doing my nails and shopping or anything like that. (I can't keep a manicure. At all. I use my hands way too much for that...)

Actually, it was my mom who got me into most of the stuff I like to do, since she's a tomboy herself. She'd much rather go drinking with the guys then gossip about dad with the other wives, and I got that from her. There was never any pressure from those around me for me to do girly crap until I got about middle school/high school level, and any attempt I made at that stuff just felt awkward to me.
