I'm sorry it took so long to do a celebration for 200 lol

so. rules etc.
the usual rules, you can see on my page.
I will pick a winner based off number (like most contests.)
the winners design will be used as my new oc or sona or whatever you would like to call it.
if you would like to join, just tag at least 5 ppl.
say you're joining
Due date is 25th Dec (if I notice no one else will probably join, then I will end it early)
tag/ping me whenever your design is finished
I will accept other stuff and bases and I will give you credit when i draw them.
as long as it's your design, im fine with it.
I'll only really draw dragons. otherwise it won't be used too much.
codeword is fish flops. just so I know you read the rules and etc.
