Great detail, as always. I've just spotted one thing: the rear gun/turret/whatever is turned towards the front on the side views, but in the top view it's turned towards the back of the ship

Well that's easily explained. Since it is a rotating turret I simply pointed it in the direction that most benefited the piece both aesthetically and practically. The way I did it shows the most detail without any interference from the turret while still looking good.
