let me explain for you.
1st picture: the female trainer and her decidueye saw the male trainer riding on a charizard.
2nd picture: via excitement, the trainer ask her decidueye to flew her up to the air like that charizard did.
3rd picture: as her wishes, the decidueye follow her order as he flew her up to the sky... but it didn't go like the way she want.
