The characters (left to right) are Maiko, Nana and Mea from Miss Caretaker of Sunohar-sou.
This piece was a struggle to do. I tried watching the show and it just wasn't for me. Which made it more difficult to capture the personalities of these characters. Which I know was a concern you brought up.
I'm really am sorry if this wasn't what you were looking for. Though I did try despite my disliking for the show.
