Cas is very much a "go with the flow" type. Never wanting for anything unrealistic, and more than happy to comply to make others comfortable (within reason of course). Cas isn't one to really share info about himself and is usually content to be on his own. He's spent so much time alone in the ocean, that spending time alone on land really isn't any different. However, Cas hasn't spent much time on land and doesn't really understand social cues or mannerisms. His relaxed and chilled attitude towards life, while never intentionally cruel, can rub people the wrong way. He often doesn't take problems seriously, and when he does he's of the opinion that if you give it time, it'll blow over. That or "It's your problem, not mine". Though if someone were to tell Cas it is his problem, he'd end up believing them, because well... why would they lie about that?

History:
Caspian was raised in what he considered a normal way for merfolk. Being just him and his mom. While both would occasionally cross other merfolk, Cas was never able to maintain any lasting friendships while growing up. Though this was fine by Cas as long as he had his mom, that was all he needed! His mom was always there for him and she made sure to teach Cas everything she knew to survive the ocean depths. How to hunt, how to fight, and how to mend some wounds. Though one day, whether it be from poor judgment or simply bad luck, Cas and his mom were attacked by a Leopard Seal. While Cas survived his mom didn't. So at the ripe age of 14, he was left to fend for himself.

The lessons of the ocean were harsh, but life went on and Cas learned how to survive on his own. Until one day a fish interrupted his statues quo. This fish was like nothing Cas had every seen before. The body glowed white and yet the scales danced with ever-changing colours and it's fins were so shear that if it wasn't for the movement you'd never know they were there. Cas followed the fish. He didn't even notice when the waters began to get murky. Just as Caspian was about to touch the fish it bolted away. Finally taking in his surroundings he realized he couldn't see well and brought his head above water. He was very confused when he saw Slumbering Way a short distance away.

Skills:
- Excellent swimmer
- Can hunt underwater very well!
- Has some hand to hand combat experience.

Powers:
Transformation: Can transform between Mer and Human. He has to be completely dry or submerged in water for 15~20 minutes before a transformation can even begin to take place. Once it does it takes another 30~40 minutes to fully transform. He is unable to transform his gills as he needs those to breath.

Water Breathing: Can breath underwater regardless of form.

Under Water Speak: Can be heard clearly underwater. His voice underwater sounds no different than his voice on land.

Additional Info:
- Cas feels stuffy when a shirt covers his gills and prefers to have his shirt open to breath a little easier.
- He's surprisingly resistant to the cold and heat. Though he does need time to adjust to either extreme.
- Has a scar on his back that crosses from the top of his right shoulder to the bottom of his left shoulder blade.
-He hopes that one day he can find and catch the fish he saw. It looked tasty!
-Don't ask how he got his clothes.
-He prefers to sleep in the water.
